Insidious: The Red Door is an upcoming American supernatural horror movie that will be Patrick Wilson’s first time directing. Scott Teems wrote the script, which was based on a story by Leigh Whannell, who created the series.
The movie is a straight follow-up to both Insidious (2010) and Insidious: Chapter 2 (2013). It is the fifth movie in the Insidious series and the fifth movie in terms of time. Ty Simpkins, Wilson, Andrew Astor, and Rose Byrne all play the same characters they did in the movies.
Also joining the group are Hiam Abbass and Sinclair Daniel. After Insidious: The Last Key came out in 2018, Blumhouse Productions decided to make more movies in the series, including a crossover with the Sinister series.
