New Mario Kart 8 courses and tracks are on the horizon for those who have purchased the Booster Course Pass, and the release date and time countdown for wave 4 of the game’s downloadable content (DLC) may be closer than you think.
Fans of Mario Kart 8 are sure to enjoy the forthcoming downloadable content. It’s a continuation of the third wave of downloadable content, which brought us London Look and Peach Gardens on the 3DS and the 3DS version of Rainbow Road.
The fourth MK8 bundle is expected to arrive either on March 9 depending on your location.
When Does Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Wave 4 DLC Arrive?
On March 9 at 10:00 JST, the fourth wave of downloadable content for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s Booster Course Pass will be made available to players.
Nintendo JP provided this official release date. The new MK8 courses are scheduled to go live at 17:00 PST and 20:00 EDT on March 8th, and at 01:00 GMT on March 9th, assuming a worldwide simultaneous launch.

There is a possibility that the launch will occur at 05:00 PST, 08:00 EDT, and 13:00 GMT on March 9 if it does not occur at the times listed above.
According to Nintendo UK, these are the wave 3 launch times for December 7th. There will be no additional fees for the new content if you already have a membership to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.
A yearly subscription to the online service plus all expansion packs costs $49.99 (or £34.99). The Booster Course Pass can be purchased separately from this subscription for $24.99.
