MTG Wilds of Eldraine: Release Date And Spoilers
Wilds of Eldraine is set to cast its spell on us on September 8, and for digital adventurers, it arrives on MTG Arena a few days earlier on September 5. The stage is set for an epic adventure, and we can hardly contain our excitement!
Leading up to the official release, we’ve been treated to a couple of weeks of thrilling spoilers, which began on August 15. These sneak peeks will be followed by prerelease events from September 1 to 7, allowing you to get your hands on the new cards before anyone else.
Spoiler season is here, and the floodgates of creativity have burst open! Among the cards revealed so far, you’ll encounter powerful witches and a plethora of fairytale characters. Keep an eye out for exciting cards like the Goosemother and the cleverly named gummy worm-slicing Gretel. And if you’re a fan of Hydroid Krasis, the Goose might give you a sense of déjà vu!
Other standout cards include Moonshaker Cavalry, a powerful addition that could remind you of a White Craterhoof Behemoth, capable of concluding many Commander games in spectacular fashion. Our first taste of Wilds of Eldraine spoilers came on July 28, during Barcelona MagicCon, where we glimpsed the new Ashiok card, the sole planeswalker featured in this set.
