The character creation in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet turns out to be more in-depth and packed with options, but a 9-year-old feature is removed for no apparent reason. Why Pokemon Scarlet And Violet Eliminating Skirts Has Neither Rhyme Nor Reason
Since their introduction in Pokemon X and Y, skirts and dresses have been an integral part of the Pokemon games, often seen as a symbol of female empowerment. The removal of skirts and dresses from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has no discernible purpose, but it does break a significant tradition that had just helped the establishment grow as a result of coaches all over the world being able to choose what their in-game symbols resembled.
