The 1.04 update for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty was just released by the people who made it. The update will mostly fix bugs, but it will also make a few changes to AI and the way Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is played in general.
Team Ninja’s new Sous-like game is called Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. The semi-historical action role-playing game combines the real-world history of the Chinese Han Dynasty with supernatural elements. The game was made as a spiritual successor to the Nioh series. It has been criticized for how hard its first boss is, but overall, its gameplay and setting have gotten pretty good reviews.
Now, the official 1.04 update for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is here to fix a few bugs and make the game better overall. The new update comes just a few weeks after 1.03. It fixes about 20 bugs, some of which could have ended the game, like crashes that could happen in some of the game’s environments.

Some improvements to the way the game works will also be made. For example, when you go to a Battle Flag, your arrows will automatically refill, and you will be able to switch the lock-on to other targets. Most of the other changes are small tweaks to the AI, new menu options, and a change to how Morale Rank works at the base of the game.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is a lot like Sekiro, and if you like it and play it on PC, you’ll be able to use your mouse to control the camera better and have more control over the lighting when you’re in Photograph mode.
Also, there are a few bug fixes that only apply to the Steam and Microsoft Store versions of the game, such as fixing lights that flicker in a few environments and a bug that kept certain settings from being saved after players left the menu.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty had a lot of bugs when it came out at the beginning of the month which made the game hard to play. Since then, Team Ninja has been fixing them. At the time, most reviews said that the game had bugs with the camera when using a mouse, kept crashing, and ran poorly, which made players give it pretty bad reviews.
The performance on PC was especially bad, but it has been steadily getting better ever since. So, players of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty should be able to have a good time with fewer problems after these new updates.
But in the coming weeks, more bug fixes and changes will be made to make the game even better. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
